Why we are building Repvia Coach

Coaching often becomes fragmented across messaging apps, spreadsheets, payment tools, workout builders, and individual athlete notes. That makes routine work slower and important details easier to miss.

Repvia Coach is intended to bring those responsibilities together. The objective is a clear workspace where a coach can understand what is happening across the team and move directly into the task that needs attention.

A clearer view of the coaching business

The Coach dashboard is being designed to show the operational side of the business, including revenue, fees, refunds, and recent activity.

This is not meant to replace the actual coaching work. It provides enough context to understand the health of the business without requiring a separate reporting process.

Keep athletes and their context together

The athlete directory provides a central place to review the people a coach is responsible for. From there, the coach can open an athlete profile, check their assigned product, and manage the programs connected to them.

The goal is to reduce the amount of searching required before a coach can make a useful decision.

Programs, products, and subscriptions

Repvia Coach is also being built to manage coaching products, pricing, access codes, and subscriptions. Programs can be created, published, copied, and assigned from the athlete workflow.

Keeping the business and programming tools connected should make it easier to understand what an athlete purchased and what they currently have access to.

A work in progress

Repvia Coach is not finished yet. The interface, workflows, and feature set will continue to change as we test the product and learn where coaches spend the most time.

We are sharing the project now because the direction is established: build a focused coaching workspace that connects athletes, programs, products, subscriptions, and business information.
